Ordered three vases with a beveled top, but vases arrived with a flat top. One vase arrived broken.

Three came broken, which caused a mess. The glass pieces fell in the packaging of the whole vases, and to unpack, small shards of glass got everywhere on the table and the floor. To make matters worse, Amazon can only give a refund if you return the product, but I do not want to return the good ones, only the broken ones, and I threw the packaging away with the broken vases inside.
