They are absolutely amazing! The length is perfect for covering a large outdoor area, and the fact that they are waterproof gives me peace of mind, especially during rainy weather. The lights are super bright and vibrant, creating a stunning ambiance for any outdoor event or gathering. The installation process was a breeze, and the adhesive backing made it easy to stick them wherever I wanted. Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality and performance of these LED strip lights. They’ve definitely added a touch of magic to my outdoor space!

Great kit. This is the first time buying a LED strip and I have waited before writing this review. 1) This is 2x 50ft rolls. It is not a continuous 100ft string. For me, this just means I had to put power in the middle which was no big deal. If you need 100 continuous, you will need a different kit. 2) Throw away included white clips and 90 degree connectors. They are junk and will lead to nothing but problems. I struggled with a strand going dim, losing colors, and failing all together. From what I learned you probably don’t even need to cut it at all. You can go around corners fairly easily. If you did cut them, Amazon has clear connectors that are a bit more expensive, but they work. 3) If you do cut and splice, you get only a couple chances to get it connected. If the end becomes too mangled, you need to clip off 8″ and start over. If you use the white plastic connectors you have to try and lift the pins so you have enough clearance for the tape to slide under. 4) More color modes in the app than what the remote has to offer. Worth checking out. If you’re trying to have it sync to the music, the speaker needs to be very close to the sensor. 5) These are not individually addressable LEDs. Meaning unlike the pictures, it’s impossible for the whole strip to have a rainbow effect. You can cycle though the colors, but the whole length will be one color. You won’t get blue in one part, red in another, etc. 6) The tape is awesome and sticks to just about anything. Mine is taped to unpainted wood. I had to reposition it a couple times and it stuck back to position. I was thinking for sure I’d have to use clips.

Highly impressed with the quality of these lights; they’re not only bright in colors that changed to a variety of different settings, but they were also very durable. After placing them around the top of my son’s room, he was thrilled with the stylish gaming experience that was created! I bought them with small adhesives, which is highly recommended to get a clean look.

UPDATED: I was contacted by Hedynshine customer service promptly after my review. They were friendly and apologetic about my issues with their product. At the time they contacted me the whole thing had stopped working. They agreed to send me a replacement for free. When it arrived I decided to go all out and I purchased outdoor waterproof connection boxes for the plug that comes out of the wall but also for the connection from the light strips to the little transformer. This has made all the difference! The product is technically not waterproof but with a little preparation it works just fine. I’ve now been using it for almost 2 months outside in the weather and have not had any issues with added protection.
I bought the 100 ft outdoor LED product. What that really means is TWO 50 foot cords that both plug into a little transformer. It took a few hours but I mounted the whole thing around my deck and staircase and it looked great initially. The problems then kicked in with one of the 2 cords not mirroring the other one – so setting it to a slow fade the 2 cords would show different colors (it wasnt synced anymore). Then it got worse when 1 of the 2 cords stopped showing certain colors like blue! I now have an area covered by the same device that looks crazy as the lights are all over the place and I can’t put them on the same color or use the fade settings.

These lights are perfect for my classroom! They were really easy to put up and stick great even on the textured brick, as long as it was clean. They look great and the app was super easy to install and connect and has even more color options. I thought I was going to have to spend around $100 to cover my whole room but $40 and it looks awesome! I did have a couple issues, 1. a 12 in. section stopped working but after running my finger across it, it worked no problem. 2. I got 2 sets and one of the receivers wasn’t registering the green color but I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one no problem at all.

I bought the 150 ft bedroom LED product. Which is TWO 75 ft cords that both plug into a transformer. It took a few hours but I mounted the whole thing around my son’s bedroom and it looked great initially. After two days one of the 2 cords was not mirroring the other one I guess it wasnt synced anymore. Then on 1 of the cords about halfway it stopped showing certain colors like blue or white, same cord. But if it was on green or red it was that solid color all the way through. Now a portion of the lights look ridiculous because the lights are all over the place and I can’t put them on the same color or use the fade settings. The adhesive doesn’t hold up great either. Luckily I ordered the LED command light clips which saved them from drooping or falling off.
Might need to take them down and start over with different LEDs.
