One of 12 vases arrived broken. It was popped out of the styrofoam. I ordered a box of 24, which wasn’t enough so I added the 12 pack. I will have enough, but, I don’t know a way to be refunded for one vase or to get it replaced without returning the entire package, which I don’t have the time for.
