I like that 4 cleaner covers come with the tool. The covers fit snugly. Having the covered end piece being flexible helps manipulate around slightly curved windows so a plus there. The spray bottle included is a very inexpensive one but still worth filling with window cleaner for keeping inside car. The handle popped nicely in place and seems secure. I was able to tighten the handle to the length I wanted. A long storage bag is included with a drawstring closing….a nice touch. Easy to keep together & stored in trunk.

I would have given this product 5 stars as it seem well made and did work excellently. As it looks like it would outlast the pads, I went online looking for replacement pads. The company does not sell them, so when the pads wear out, you have to buy the cleaning tool again to get more pads. Then I was astonished at the company’s cookie policy which does not allow you options of setting preferences. If you are going to use their website, you have to allow all cookies. Definitely will never buy from them again. Update: I increased my rating by 2 stars due to the impressive customer service. I was contacted immediately and offered more pads which I declined as no one else would benefit. My observations are being passed to management which is all I could ask for

I’ve looked at these things and looked at them again. Never bought till now. Was cleaning the truck windshield the other day and getting very frustrated I still was getting smears. And it’s so hard to kind of turn upside down to clean a windshield as you get older. Don’t twist as needed as easily anymore. So I ordered it. Had high ratings. Wow. It really works great. Can get into all the corners and down at the bottom by the dash easily. Comes with a nice carrying bag and even a squirt bottle to take some window cleaner with you. It said use dry. That didn’t seem to work. Then it said use a little water. That didn’t seem to work either. But I will say I don’t really give the microfiber covers more than a quick chance. I just prayed the windshield with automotive window cleaner and a paper towel over the end figuring just thrown it away vs having to wash something. Worked so awesome. Perfectly clean. No stretching and venting like a contortionist. And windshield is perfectly clean. I’ll be keeping it in my truck for trips. I am very pleased. Only real observation. Once you put the cleaner part in to the pole it doesn’t come off very easily. So I just left it on. Fits in the bag assembled fine.

This microfiber cleaner is really great for car windows. It is so much easier to clean above the dash and the rear hatch with the triangle shape and it does a great job without streaking. Really nice to be able to use and wash in the washing machine with towels

(+) telescoping handle moves and locks smoothly and makes the cleaning job much easier – especially for a petite person like me. I found I could gain additional length pulling the bottom grip down a bit. (+) the head pivots effectively and is easy to maneuver not clunky (+) covers are good quality. You get 4 not just 2. (+) storage bag is effective and easy to cinch up. Bag will also hold a bottle of Rain-X (I have the concentrate not spray version). (+) cloths air dry overnight
It took me a couple tries to replace the covers on the tool head and to figure out which corner of the cloth goes at the top.
I use it for exterior and interior window cleans as well as applying and buffing Rain-X on my 2023 Honda Civic.

It proved to be one of my smartest purchases so far in my adult life:) It was delivered within 48 hours, the packaging, OMG, really amazing how this product was packaged and how the various components were organized in the box. The cleaner itself is just a BACK SAVER:) It made my life so easy and comfortable now, i can clean the windshield from the inside so comfortably which keeps my family and i safe when i am driving in the evenings without any fog covering the windshield and compromising my view due to cold weather. overall, a best buy. I highly recommend it!!!!
