Only had it for a day but love the looks and sits nice. The only thing is the arm rests could be higher otherwise the chair works well. It wasn’t too difficult to put together.

We purchased this recliner for my daughter who is recovering from surgery. Love the fabric, the style, and the features for the price. It unfortunately didn’t work out for us, the size was good for a small adult but my 5’11” husband felt it was too small for him and there was also a small issue with the reclining mechanism. I contacted customer service and was directed to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was quick to respond and solved our issue promptly. I have not had such a positive experience with a company in a very long time. I would not think twice before doing business with them again. We ended up returning the recliner and received a full refund. The five stars is mostly for the customer service. Again, I can’t say it enough…..they were a pleasure to deal with, I am very impressed. Please don’t hesitate to purchase one of these recliners.

This chair is super easy to assemble. I did it by myself and it was four screws for the feet and the rest was clip in pieces. Took maybe 15 minutes. The massage feature is just vibration, so nothing fancy. My 80 year old mother ( who we bought the chair for) is about 5’ 2” and 110 lbs. she has plenty room. Its a pretty firm sit so she’s able to get in and out okay. It does have to sit pretty far away from the wall, which kinda makes it look weird in the space. My couch recliners don’t stick out behind their footprint too much, but this recliner does. Settled for a recline that’s not full out and nestled it closer to the wall. Overall, the size is perfect, not too big, and my mother likes it.

This chair is not comfortable… the seat is hard but it is quite sturdy. The dual cupholders are a plus. The massage feature is below par. Easy to recline and very easy to get out of.

Got this for my mother who is older and wanted a recliner to sleep in. Absolutely perfect with lift ability, heat option, pockets on sides and USB port to charge phone. You’re not going to sink down into this chair, you sit upright but it’s still very comfortable. Only downside is the arms sit lower than expected. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a “cheaper” recliner!

Makes transition to standing much easier. Massage is very soothing just enough pressure. Heat is an added comfort. Easy to assemble by one person in a few minutes. Material is soft and fabric is good quality. Chair is sturdy.
