Hardware issues, quality issues, if it could be dinged or broken from poor packaging. Truly not packed for the shipping conditions. 2 times I had to use my own hardware because screws wasn’t packed. I could go on but anyone reading can get what I’m saying. Not easy to assemble at all.

UPDATE: Still using this desk daily 7.5 years later with no problems at all.
I was pretty hesitant to order this given there were no reviews but ultimately I’m glad that I did. I’ve been using the desk for about a month now in my home office and it appears to be holding up and serving its purpose. I was hoping this desk would be of a little bit higher quality, but I think to get the quality I am thinking about, I would have to pay significantly higher $ for a more commercial product. I think if you intend to build this desk in one place and leave it there, quality is probably not going to be an issue in the long run. The desk itself feels very sturdy (not wobbly at all); however, the drawers feel a bit “flimsy”, but at the end of the day I don’t think the drawers will get a whole lot of use from me anyway.
As far as the assembly, it is probably one of the more difficult items I’ve assembled, but I managed to make no mistakes which saves a lot of time– although honestly, I think I got lucky on a few parts that could have been more clear in the instructions. Here is a tip: when assembling; make sure you are using the instructions for the right or left hand assembly. You can assemble this desk with the hutch/ pedestal on the left or right and fortunately for me the instructions for the right side assembly are first in the instructions and I wanted to assemble it on the right. The assembly took approximately 7 hours and I required an extra set of hands a couple of times especially on the last step connecting the pieces of the “L” from below.
Another thing I would consider is whether you really need the oversized pedestal (file drawers on the floor). I think if I were to purchase again, I would go with the model with the half size drawers on the side. With this model with the larger drawers, you can’t really pull your chair up to the side of the desk with the hutch. I think with the smaller drawers I could do that, but cannot currently. This isn’t a huge deal, but depends on what your needs are. I work on multiple computers at the same time some times and not being able to pull up on that side is not ideal. I may order the smaller pedestal one day and swap it out. Most of my files are digital anyway and I could always get a freestanding file cabinet if I needed the space.
I also did not install the keyboard tray as I never use those things and I feel it sometimes impedes how close I want to pull my chair to the desk.
Also the hutch does not actually connect to the rest of the desk. It is a freestanding move-able component. I thought this was ridiculous at first, but after I set it up it makes no difference and is actually a good thing that you can shift it around so you can easily get your wires behind it. It is heavy enough where it won’t wobble or move unless you are intentionally trying to move it.
A special shipping company will contact you to have the desk delivered and they showed up on time and did not damage any of the product in shipping. One of the boxes was a little crushed because of a void in the box, but the part inside was fine. I thought the packaging was pretty smart (in some cases almost overkill) to keep the desk in good shape during shipping. Overall, pretty happy with this purchase and expect to use this desk for years to come. Also, the colors are modern and true to the picture.
