Been using this two months for three cats. Best fountain I’ve found for cleaning; not too many bits or spaces for grime to collect like some other well known others. Nice enough design and light helps at night. Not noisy and very easy to assemble. Replacement filters £8 for pack of 6 which I find reasonable. Most importantly cats like it!

I purchased the product twice. The first one lasted for a year and then the motor stopped functioning. So I purchased a second one, which lasted only 2 months and the motor broke again. IMO it’s a simple enough product which is not supposed to have so many issues.

I was skeptical at first; however, my cat adores this fountain! I have a cat who is literally obsessed with water and wants to play with it anytime he can. It got to the point where he would knock his water bowl around at night and spill it everywhere. This is why I purchased this fountain. Now I have no issues with his knocking bowls around or spilling water! This fountain gives him the opportunity to play with water as well as keeping him hydrated! People who have complained about the noise may be unaware that it’s just because the water level is low. It is the most soothing sound and very relaxing! I have had this for about a month and so far, so good. It keeps water clean for about three days before you have to clean it out, but it’s very easy to rinse out and refill. Simply said, I absolutely love it! I think it’s a great buy for the money! If you have a cat that loves water, do yourself a favor and get this 😊

We currently have a pet fountain with water falling into a bowl. It’s beautiful and our cats love it, but it’s prone to problems for cleaning and splashing, and it’s definitely loud. When I bought this, I figured we could put it somewhere else in the house so the cats would have a choice. Well, the cats chose, and this is the winner. It’s a winner for us, too. It’s easy to set up, easy to clean, and since it’s a bubbler rather than a fountain, it is much quieter. It has the added value of being a great nightlight for our dining room/kitchen area with its pleasing blue glow. It’s easy to tell when it needs more water and rather than having to bring a tank from the fountain to the sink, this just allows us to add more water by pouring it into the top. The cats seem to like to drink from it since it’s at their chest level rather than bending down to drink from the fountain. Sure, I have one cat that insists on using the fountain because he likes to drink directly from the waterfall part, but for the rest, this is their choice. I highly recommend this.

This is my 3rd type of water fountain and kitty and I are very happy! My first order arrived and the pump didn’t work so had to send it back. I decided to try “once more” and so glad I did. It was an easy return and quick response to send me another. What I love the most with this fountain is the ease of cleaning. It seems to stay cleaner longer and a snap to clean because there are less parts. It’s very attractive, the light is an attractive add and the gauge to monitor water level is a true bonus. I only gave 4 stars on the noise level because it’s very quiet when I first turn it on but after a day or so it seems to make more noise. It’s still not near as noisy as my prior fountains. Kitty took to it right away and is now getting more water intake than before which is good for her health. It’s a winner. I recommend this fountain.

Bought this for my Mom’s cats. Lasted a while and just recently broke (the motor stopped working) after working for a couple of years. Water got green if you did not clean it often which was not the worst thing to happen but still gross. Easy to switch filters and would by it again.

This thing is Great. Not perfect. My Ragdoll simply loves it, she drinks alot of water now. Her coat is softer because of it. She is happier for sure. My cat is a picky cat when it comes to food and water. We used a ceramic bowl for her water so it would stay cool and fresh longer. But it got to the point that everytime i fed her, i had to wash her bowl and put fresh water cuz she was getting so picky. After i got her this thing, she is in love. Literally, same night i installed it for her, she went to get a drink like 4 times. With its 2 liter capacity, it last a few days without me having to obsess over it. Ok, whats not to like? its all plastic. Its a very simple object, simple construction, which makes it simple to clean, but i would think i might have to change it in time, doesnt seem like something that will last years on end. We will see, its only been a couple of weeks and its been great. I would hope im wrong and it survives the test of time. Oh yea, the light on mine still works just fine. Maybe i didnt get the lemon.

This water fountain has been a godsend. My cats trashed the last fountain I had, and because it was so badly designed it was easy for them to do so. This one has the wire coming out the bottom of unit, not up and over the side like in others. The pump is truly very quiet. The water bowl allows the water to flow without squirting or anything distracting. The cats previous fountain has a flower where the water came out and they constantly played with it and ultimately trashed it! The light inside provides a nice touch and helps us not walk into it in the dark! I genuinely believe this was made by someone who has had water fountains for their pet and experience all the gripes. Overall a really good product.

We’ve had this fountain for over a year now and it’s still working great. We have two picky cats that took to it immediately. I do feel like the filters get dirty quite quickly and we have an issue with algae build up but I clean the fountain with vinegar to help.

Main part of this review is that my cat uses it. Albeit maybe once a day but I have seen it. The pump can get a tad bit noisy after running for several days straight. However, as someone who keeps fish tanks knows cheap pumps will always make noise over time. If you clean this often (which you should), take out the pump and rinse it and let dry overnight. Never run it without water. Overall, the mess is minimum, noise is minimum so long you take care of the pump and the cat uses it. Also the light is pretty bright, which I don’t mind but if its in your bedroom it may be distracting. Another tip, don’t buy expensive filters or carbon for these type of fountains. Go to your local fish store and by fish tank filter pads that are cut to size and you will have a life time supply that you can change more often without the high cost. Theres no need for charcoal either if you are changing and cleaning the fountain frequently and have clean water.
