I am not a dentist or a dental student. I purchased this set of tools to keep in our home for deep cleaning where floss doesn’t work.
So far so good. I’ve only used the one pick and the mirror to use some plaque that built up between 2 of my teeth. Even though I brush my teeth 3 times a day, I still got some plaque build-up. It happens. Floss was useless in that one spot. The pick got it chipped off and my teeth feel much better.
