This bench was better than I expected. It looks beautiful in our garden and it is very sturdy and comfortable.

It’s very pretty. I like it very much. This is my 2nd one. The 1st one I put it under my apple tree (see picture). The 2nd one I planned to put under pine trees, but it still stays in the garage. My husband likes to sit there when he puts on the shoes. I intended to buy another one for my backyard under the pine trees.
The only thing I feel pity for is the paint was scratched on the middle of the bench seat. It was caused by poor packaging during the shipping — the parts were not packed tightly in the box. I can fix the paint myself. I mention here in hoping the packing can be improved in the future.

This bench is a gift to my parents to allow them to sit together instead of separate seats. After 65 years of marriage they still like to hold hands and be close. It wasn’t an easy build and thankfully there’s a video which helped tremendously. I had to ask my 25 yo nephew to help and he finished it in just under 2 hours. You do need a helper. It looks very nice completed but it isn’t heavy. It’s hollow metal so I had concerns with both my medium sized parents sitting on it. It’s weight capacity is maxed at 500lbs. They are well below that but we did a test run with two individuals of various weights and once two people get just over 400lbs, it gets wobbly. All screws were rechecked and triple tightened so be aware of that. My parents loved this and happily sat together during coffee this morning. It needs cushions or at least for them it does and that’s just an added touch of pretty.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I had a wooden bench but it was falling apart so I wanted a nice metal one that will last longer. This bench fits 2 people and is quite comfortable. I don’t need to add cushions but might just for decorative reasons.

It’s pretty sturdy, relatively light. The back panel is starting to rust already but some anti rust black spray paint will stop it from progressing and keep it nice. I’d buy it again.
