The stand as a whole is cheap. Nothing is able to be tightened enough to be sturdy. The holes for screws do not line up exactly. Most of the screws are just long enough that they create a little bulge on the other side of the wood that you don’t want to see. The doors don’t line up using the pre-existing holes. The instructions aren’t clear. Many of our pieces weren’t labeled. We had to guess and unscrew many pieces as they were wrong guesses. The drawer rails, screws, and boards aren’t labeled the same as in the instructions either. Several of our boards ended up upside down or the unfinished side out because the pictures and instructions didn’t explain well enough. It states 70 minutes for 2 people to put it together and I am writing this review as we are 150 minutes in. It also came very dusty, all the pieces had to be dusted off. Giving it a 2 star because it does look nice, it’s just cheap and not very sturdy.

My girlfriend spent about 2 hours trying to figure out how to assemble. We were totally stumped. The instructions don’t really guide you, they have you putting in the hardware and assembling at the end. You get no visual of what you are doing. The instructions are the most horrible I’ve ever seen; not that I could see these, they are so small. Some of the parts they show are completely different from the pictures, so hard to know if you have the right part or now, almost impossible to tell where it goes. The boards are numbered, but the manual tells you to look for board ‘a’ (etc.) and the parts are lettered but the manual tells you to use part part ‘1’ (etc.) So count the alphabet and you’ll get there. LOL

My son took pity on me, he attempted and spent 5 hours. It’s still NOT done! I’d be lucky if he still speaks to me again.

The drawer has nothing to hold or brace it, but that doesn’t matter, the bottom is the same flimsy material that goes on the back. A waste of time!
Materials – one of the metal parts broke, a few bags they came in were broke, so it was hard figuring out what went where. They are of poor construction. The rollers are loose and wobbly, very poor design and very poor quality.
The stand itself yet is so wobbly and unstable, my son quit to go buy more items to try to make it a little more sturdy, I’d be afraid my microwave would fall if I attempted to use it. So it still sits…. don’t know how many more hours it will take to finally get it done, and don’t even know if it will be sturdy enough after that. Might have to hire a carpenter to fix it, who knows.

This company should have “PAID ME” to take this piece of crap off their hands. I’d send it back but it’s too heavy to box back up and send back.

Still cleaning all the foam pieces that fell apart and are everywhere. Days later and I’m still finding pieces of it. Grrrrr

Save your money, this is simply not worth it. Paying $20 would be too much. Not to mention how long it will take!

This is just what I was wanting, and it turned out beautiful, BUT. . the instructions said it would 1 hour 40 mins. for two people to put together…. 6 hours later! We are not dumb people, lol… but the instructions were very vague, and hardly any of the pieces were numbered, and had about a thousand screws and washers and such…

Once again i figured the recent reviews were not quite accurate, how hard could it be to put this little cart together? Well, it’s ridiculous. The parts were labeled but i couldn’t believe how many parts were needed for this. The instructions are horrible. Took way longer than it should and have to rework steps a few times. Holes they call out aren’t there, some blemishes on the wood, and like others said the screws supplied for the handles go through to the other side…wtf? Those handles btw aren’t even metal, it’s like cheap plastic. I guess for the price it isn’t bad, but if i hadn’t taken it all apart and put off the box i would have returned it. Should have believed all the reviews and bought something else.

Overall I’m pretty happy with it for the price. It took about 4 hours to assemble, which certainly wasn’t easy, but wasn’t terribly difficult either. I wish there was a video. The worst part was having to nail the backing which had been folded and had no pre-drilled holes. So I missed the wood a bunch of times, and one time, it nailed so close to the edge that it split and now there is a part from the front that looks a little broken, which is unfortunate. Also, there is no hole in the backing to run the cables through, which makes no sense, since this is made for the kitchen as a microwave stand. I mean it’s not too hard to make a hole, but I wish I could have a nice perfect circle pre-drilled.

First, they short changed me on the number of small dowels sued for assembly – small bag with 24 in there, except no there were only 21. This isn’t a show stopper in that the big assembly screws are what actually hold it together. I just had to pick and choose where I would have empty dowel holes. VERY annoying. Many builders without a lot of experience assembling this kind of furniture would likely find themselves in a bind. But the worst thing is the boards are all marked up, wither from crappy construction or packaging or shipping. It is almost as though the “paint” has worn down to nothing (I say paint but of course it is melamine) – if you try to wipe the makes off it takes the finish off completely and you’re left with a “hole” in the finish. Best off just leaving it. And of course all these marks are on the outside front facing pieces – the inner surfaces are all fine. The unit is not terribly sturdy, but works for what we wanted (more counter and storage space in a tiny kitchenette), but I don’t think I would want a heavy microwave on there. Oh, and one more stupid thing – if you did have a microwave on your new microwave stand, ther is no way to run the power cord power – you have to cut a hole in the crappy thin cardboard backing *which is three pieces taped together so that so see the seam)..

I have built countless pieces of furniture over the years and am very experienced. Some of course are good and some really are not, for any number of reasons. But this thing is by far the worst. A pretty pricey piece of junk.

Will be used to house a microwave
All parts and pieces were in the package
Some of the letters were not attached to the referred piece. Eg. Attach part 3 to part 4. Part 3 letter loose in box so it was hard to identify part 3 making assembly harder than it had to be.
The was no hole in the back for the microwave power cord.
It is a nice size. Room for a large microwave. Shelving and drawer provide lots of storage space.
    Looks nice
After assembly was finished, we are very pleased with the unit.
    Recommend it

LOVE this stand. Holds my microwave on top and my convection oven in the center. Only complaint: it didn’t take 3 hours to assemble, it took us 2 days! I’m 72 years old, and if I could assemble it, anyone can. But,by all means, pay for the professional assembly option if you buy this and you’re not handy. Assembling it was a nightmare, and I have lots of experience assembling furniture. By looking at the picture and the low price, it was safe to assume it would be particle board, so I got what I expected. Only thing is, I wish they had holes cut in the backboard for electric cords. Overall, other than the assembly nightmare, I am totally pleased with my purchase (I ordered and assembled 2, BTW). GREAT quality for such a low price. No problem with it being wobbly or crooked in any way if you install the backboard correctly (Please see my video). I had no missing parts or damage. highly recommend it. I would buy it again. Remember what your parents taught you…”You get what you pay for”. This stand is better than I hoped for in the end. Great in my tiny apartment.

I gave this to a friend and he says it’s attractive and very solid. It took him a couple of hours to set it up but it definitely was worth it.
