It comes in a box with the parts loose in the box. No inner parts wrapping or instructions. But the Amazon sales page showed pictures that were helpful. Theres the larger plastic part that the attaches to the sink tube neck and the round piece that screws onto to that. I think the other two plastic parts are for use if needed to adjust to different size sink tube necks. I didn’t notice until later that for just a few cents more you can buy the better quality stainless steel basket?

This was a little tricky to put up but it is a great space saver for sponges. They can drip over the sink and not cause a mess. Very handy to use. My faucet swivels and this moves right along with it.

This is just too big for our little sink and will look weird so I will probably gift it or donate it to someone it would fit it fine,but it just will bother me… I don’t have much room around my sink and thought this would help… It’s exactly as described so no complaints there….

I have gotten a variety of products like this one and they all failed me. I got this a few days ago and I’m so happy. It fits perfectly, holds all my kitchen cleaning things and because it’s attached to the faucet it moves with it and out the way. When it’s dry I let it sit above the sink and when it’s dry enough I turn it out the way nice and neatly. I can’t believe I’m really loving this thing. It’s simple and not expensive my two favorite things!
