The first one I bought had issues…it worked laying flat, but when hung up on the wall the second hand would get stuck on the minute hand and stop working. I contacted the seller, which was super easy, and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked. The new one is perfect and looks amazing in my daughter’s room. Couldn’t be more pleased!

So far, it is keeping good time. Love the white numbers and gold hands which include a second hand. The gold trim around the clock looks good and looks more expensive than what I paid for it.
