My kitten loves this toy, however, she bit off the end of the silicone tail almost immediately. This toy does NOT ‘squeak or chirp” as advertised. It also does NOT hold a charge for very long. The feather attachment broke off from the connector after using it a few times. I’m glad I didn’t pay too much for this item.

My cat loves it!!! Keeps her entertained

I purchased these for my 1 year old cat for Christmas. He absolutely loves his new birds! Hey carries them around the house and it’s hilarious!

They have quite a loud chirp but the kittens love them! Just remember to hide them from the cats when you go to bed or you’ll be hearing the chip from another level of the house. Then you’ll get into a chirping match with your fiancé on who is getting up to hide them from the cats in the middle of the night! Lol
The only thing I’d change on the the birds is add an off switch.

its very cute and my cat seems interested

SO disappointed but this is trash. It couldn’t support the weight of the rubber attachment, which was what my cat liked, and then it died after 2 days of use. No longer charges or moves. Huge bummer because my cat liked it for the brief time it worked.

My cat was delighted and mesmerized to see these two toy birds! He inspected/sniffed them for a couple minutes, and then “hugged” both me and the birds with his head to say “thank you”! He was purring and very happy to be near the toy birds! He was intrigued by the chirping (which is a little loud… the volume can’t be turned down; you pull out a plastic tab to allow the pre-installed battery to work, and then when the bird is moved, it chirps a few times automatically). He grabbed a bird, lay down, held the bird close to his body, starting using his back paws to kick it while gnawing at the feathers. I had to pull the toy away a few times and tell him not to bite the feathers, because I was concerned that he’d eat the feathers like one other cat apparently did. Incredibly life-like, these toy birds are my cat’s favorite toys! Just don’t leave your cat unsupervised with these birds!

The cats have already enjoyed much play time with these interactive chirping birds.

This is one of the wildest toys I’ve ever gotten for my cats. I try to make sure they have a lot of variety, a selection to rotate in and out of play, with a mixture of independent and bonding play. This flopping corn kicker works in both categories, especially since our 6-month-old prefers to bring it to us when he wants to play with it (it’s great fun to play with it over his human’s leg instead of in a normal way lol). The expression on the toy’s face is amusing, especially when the cats are playing with it, but they get bored quickly with this. The flopping catches their attention again, and they’ll play for a few minutes or stalk it, but ultimately, it’s usually not a frequent pick. I think it would do better if the flopping mechanism was done a little differently; my cats don’t like how the flop is strong enough to allow the corn toy to move away (surprised me, since I thought that’d be the part that they’d find intriguing). Although the yarn “hair” or corn “silk” is a super creative and fun part, it’s also one of the worst ones for our cats. Our cats have an issue with eating yarn, ribbon, etc., and the vet has cautioned about taking away any toys or craft supplies they have access to, to prevent gastric issues, and of course my little one caught my attention one night while chewing away at the base of the “hair” (excuse the lighting – I had evening mood lighting on to help ease the amount of light, but it was the perfect opportunity to catch the cat playing, since he decided to get really aggressive the other night and played the longest in one stretch so far, so I took advantage). It’s a fun option to add into the toy rotation if your cat(s) likes toys that move or make noise, but mine are finicky about this one and I am removing a star for the risk for tummy troubles due to the “hair”. It’s cute for looks, but it’s a risky feature according to our veterinarian’s opinion.

I have 5 cats so just wish this would have lasted longer as far as battery life.
