I bought a set a few years back. Really loved the elegance of the design, size and weight. To my own doing, only one glass remained. Much to my delight this new set is so clear and SPARKLY!!😍😎 Of course the price is unbeatable given the quality. The solid glass at the bottom has a height that is in such pleasing proportions to the glass which has slightly arched sides vs. straight vertical. So easy to hold. The glass is sturdy enough for large ice cubes. Most importantly, the rim is straight up and not lipped. At 20oz it’s the perfect amount for a quenching drink or cocktail. Definitely will buy again, buy more.

I bought these when I was in college and I still use them today. In fact, I’m sipping from one of these right now as I am writing this review. These are extremely sturdy and have weathered through some rough college days. I also am fairly heavy handed, but I have not actually broken one of these yet. I did chip a few but that was because I should have been more careful with it. I also had a bottom of the line dishwasher in college, which probably did not help. On the plus side, even with the terrible dishwasher, this came out sparkling clean every time. These are quite heavy, but only because it’s well made glass. I would choose durability over weight every time. The heaviness also gives it a “fancy bar feel”, so I see it as a plus. I give this 5 stars for durability.
In terms of aesthetics, people have complimented these glasses multiple times. Even the silly boys in college thought this was a nice design, and my friends would often wonder if these were fancy, expensive glasses. I love the way they look- it is a clean and classic design that will look nice with almost any collection. 5 stars for aesthetics.
Finally, I give this 5 stars for usability. I bought this because of the size. It is so hard to find a large glass that looks nice. I love how much liquid this holds. This is probably one of those functions that you probably don’t think you need until you’ve used it. For once you don’t have to make the trade-off between how much ice to use and how much liquid you get. I should also mention that this glass is the PERFECT height for bendy straws. I love straws, so this makes me happy.
Overall, I would say this is one of THE BEST purchase I have made on Amazon to date, and I have made a lot of purchases at Amazon. I hope they keep making this product forever.

These glasses are the ideal size for a tall glass of iced tea or a 12-ounce soda with eight ounces of ice. I like that these glasses hold plenty of refreshment for a long session working at the computer or watching a game or movie on TV. The Italian design is highly attractive and functional — a quality product that I’m glad I bought.

It took 3 sets to be sent to me without cracked rims / damaged during shipping I can only assume, but the 3rd set is a charm and I absolutely LOVE these drinking glasses. The third set actually was packaged correctly with bubble wrap around the box – the other two didnt have that, so I dont know what was up with that….. but regardless, this drinkware is stunningly beautiful, clear, heavyweight glasses but not too heavy at all – I was looking for a larger ounce glass at least 20 ounce and this one is perfection. Five Stars because I wasn’t in a hurry and was patient with the shipping issues. Bravo Luigi Bormioli

They are nearly as good as new, hence would definitely recommend. They are a great size too – perfect for a long drink and look really stylish.
