These twig branches were a good purchase. I used them to add interest and dimension to a floor vase that has 5-feet tall, thin and thick sticks in it. The sticks alone look boring, and the floor vase is shades of dark brown while the sticks are wheat colored. The contrast is not attractive.
I placed the twigs around the perimeter and bent them outward slightly. I added a few in the center of the sticks. Now the arrangement looks so much better.
I may purchase another package of these twigs to add more fullness to the vase, because they are so fun to use and they add a natural, eye-catching look.
I agree with reviews that say the twigs are not 30 inches. I didn’t exactly measure them, but by eyeballing, I think they’re more like 26 inches.
As to whether or not they look cheap, I’ll just say they are cheap. You can collect real twigs for free, or spend more money for better quality. Why buy a cheap item and then complain that it looks cheap?

The branches are packaged folded in half, I guess to make them easier to ship. The wire in the stems is quite strong—I’m going to need a tool or some help to get them straightened out. Just a heads up.

These stems look realistic, and high end, in a vase, without even adding any other embellishments to them. Very minimalistic and simple. The look is wonderful for late winter. I may hot glue some small flowers on them for spring, soon. For now, I love them just the way they are.
