I’ve had this on my want/wish list for ages but did I reallllly need it? To be fair, I really do slice a decent amount of veggies but did I need another gadget? When I won a pretty sizable gift card for my job, I knew this was one of the first first things I was going to purchase. Easy to use and understand. It made quick work of dicing and onion. Cucumbers get a bit interesting, but to be fair normal cucumbers versus my much preferred English cucumbers don’t really have the firmness that I wish they had. Still, it did a great job. I love that it comes with little “slide drawers” if you will for the blades storage & also a “comb” to get the bits out of the upper grip plate. I kept the box to store it in, but I’m sure you could find a Rubbermaid tote to house everything if you needed to.

This has made chopping up veggies so much easier! Less time consuming, rather. I use this if I am making a meal with a lot of veggie prep work like charro beans. My only complaints is that this thing is a nightmare to clean. All of the little blades and holes make it a challenge to get everything off without cutting your fingers. Be CAREFUL when cleaning and using this chopper. Another complain so to speak is that the blade surface is really small so you do have to cut some of the veggies before putting them on the chopper. Other than that, I am super satisfied with this purchase!

Love the ease of use, and right out the box a quick rinse and you’re ready for food prep. Works for all sorts of veggies, deli meats, and even frozen meats for thinly slicing beef. My dislike is it arriving with a broken part. As I opened the box the cleaning fork came out in peices. Other than that, I love this product. It makes my prep flow so much quicker so I can get to the cooking faster.

I got this chopper around four days ago and have used it three times so far – happy results. The only trick is you may have to pre cut whatever you are looking to chop so it fits the device. I (so far) have chopped pepper, cucumber, carrots, and onion as well as thin sliced zucchini. The chopper comes with three different chopper blades and (I confess I didn’t count), slicer blades and grater. Takes a ton of the effort out of the job. The chopper is solid and well made. The lid does attach to the slices/cover – you just might not realize it at first. There is a small lip on the “bowl” that fits into a slot on the lid – it’s just not obvious. Definitely recomend to anyone with poor knife skills like me.

I was very lucky this arrived right before Thanksgiving. This handy chopper is so convenient. Extremely easy to use. And so many choices on how to cut. My vegetables were all cut evenly which BTW, my husband always tease me because they were always uneven this year. He can’t say that lol I like that all of the blades come in a very durable container for storage. Very easy to clean and it was less stress on my hands and wrists. I’ve actually bought a couple more to give out for Christmas gifts, yeah people may think that’s cheesy but the girls are gonna love it !!!!!

I hate cooking particularly the prep. Cutting up veggies is such a chore that I usually will just go without eating them at all. Veggies used to sit in my fridge until death. Not any more. All my veggies are now getting the love! Since having this little chopping machine, I have been spending minutes crushing veggies into cute little squares like a superhero… or its evil counterpart, either way, it’s sharp, fun, fast, and mighty.
Here’s a quick 3/3 rundown: 😍 QUICK CHOP: So far I have used it on bell peppers, garlic, eggplant, onions. I am finding that I love this combination cubed and sauteed in olive oil over quinoa for a super healthy, protein Mediterranean meal. I went from not making veggies to not getting enough. It cuts through the veggies with a popping sound of the vegs going through the stainless steel squares. My dogs hate the noise. I feel like a superhero! 😍 UNIFORM: Everything comes out uniformly for the most part. After the superhero feeling leave, the kitchen professional alter ego will take over. 😍 VEGGIE STORAGE: The machine has a nice bin to store a lot of cut veggies so you do not have to stop often to empty and refill.
😒 PARTS STORAGE: While there is some storage for the blades, I wish they thought the storage all the way through. Not all the components fit in the storage bin. So instead of packing everything together, you will have to store some parts separately. I feel the brush should have had a slide on the bin to easily access when you are ready to clean the parts. 😒 CLEANING: Cleaning is OK. There is a helpful tool to assist which does help but its will take longer if you do not wash your machine immediately after use. Dried on veggies will take time and work. Make sure to use the tool to avoid injuries. 😒 STURDINESS: The top lid doesn’t really secure well. While I feel the machine is stable and sturdy, the lip on the bin to hold the chopping lid should have been made to be longer or curved, so the top doesn’t away so easy.
VERDICT: Would I purchase this again from this Vendor? 😍. I really love this machine despite the marginal weak points. I haven’t had it long, haven’t used all the blades yet, yet still I cannot recommend it enough. It’s changing my focus on food prep and allowing me to move towards healthier way of eating without feeling overwhelmed. To me, that’s everything. My inner child is jumping for joy!

I was at a friend’s house and she was using this and it looked easy and would save so much time chopping or mincing food I ordered it the next day and yesterday was cooking day! Dicing onions is timely and sometimes a teary experience and smelly hands it took 2 minutes to dice them I switched to cubing for my peppers and olives. Next I switched to the slicing/grating blade and shredded cheese No these were not used for the same recipe! It’s sturdy and easy to use. Clean up was very easy. I washed by hand, but watch your fingers. I thought I had put all the blades with the handles facing up! But…I didn’t know I missed the slicer one and I reached in to get something soaking in the bowl and slit. 3 of my finger tips. My lesson is not to soak in deep water so you know what you’re grabbing I highly recommend this product
