This suits the purpose of keeping important documents organized and the various compartments are great. The only improvement would be to have the handle on the side of the zipper. It feels weird to carry it then have to turn it upside down to unzip.

We’ve emigrated recently, and that process has so much paperwork! I was looking for a way to keep all these critical documents safe and organized – previously we had a shoebox! It’s a really nice bag – the organizational tabs making sorting through it super easy, and it really has enough sleeves and pouches plus extra room for our own folders, certificates, ID’s, Passports – everything! Have NOT tested the locking mechanism or water-“proofiness” – haven’t needed these features, but seems like it could survive a lot. I’m happy!

It looks good and sturdy with lots of compartments for storing items and documents but a few things I want to note:
1. While there is a spot for a key to go it does not come with one. What’s the point of having a key slot if one’s not provided?
2. My zipper came slightly broken. The part of the zipper came detached when it arrived as the metal bit that holds it down wasn’t pushed all the way in and I had to fix it with a pair of pliers
3. The document portion has dividers that reach the bottom but aren’t enclosed. I thought that each file slot would be fully enclosed at the bottom but they aren’t. It’s not a huge deal, especially for larger documents but if I’m keeping money in there I feel like they might slip down and get messed up.
4. This is more of a bag than a box, the outside while sturdy isn’t as sturdy as I thought it would be. When it’s filled up more it’ll be better but if you’re only keeping a few things in there you can press it down and it’ll collapse in on itself a bit.
Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a safe spot to put my valuables that my roommates can’t access and offers protection from Fire and Water (the ladder being more of an issue where I live) if you’re looking for something cheap but quality is recommend. If the things I listed are deterrents then spend the extra money for a better quality one.
