Bathroom sink, Drano didn’t work. Sink took FOREVER to drain its water. Almost flooded when had to drip sink because of freezing temps. My young-teen daughter was able to use this it was so easy! The one downside is that directions weren’t included, but they were on the Amazon product page. Just thread it in (ours didn’t go far the first try…this wasn’t a one-and-done job), twist and pull. Voila’!

This is a simple item that help keep your drains clear and running fast. I found them most useful on showers and tubs to keep hair clear. They are not the best at getting past the pee-trap for sinks, but even there still do good. Is it going to clear a tough clog way down the pipe? No. Can if fix a slow drain? Likely. I am adding its use whenever I do major sign cleaning or after having company over. I got this multipack to give out to friends (cleared a slow drain at a friends house last week).

These things work great for sinks that are slow draining due to hair. Since that’s been the only thing we’ve had a problem with, I’m not sure how they would work with other things but I suspect they would clear out a lot of things. Definitely worth the money and everybody should have one under their sink.

We had a very slow-draining sink in our bathroom. Vinegar and baking soda, and drain cleaner from the grocery store didn’t clear it. I decided to invest in these little plastic grabbers before making a $200 call to the plumber. BAM! One shove-twist-pull manuever into the drain, and I snagged a mat of hair the size of a small mouse. Pulled it out and threw it away (gross) and turned on the faucet. The sink drained immediately, free and clear! You get five of these and I really didn’t need that many but I’m giving the extras to family members! It may not work for clogs that are deeper into the pipe, but it’s worth the money to try this before you pay the plumber.

I bought for my bathroom sink. I found them to be much too large to go down the tiny area. In fact I was really worried about it getting stuck–and it did, twice. I was able to pull out hair and it did flow easier, but I think you should CAREFULLY check size. I am now going to see if I can find a smaller one (I don’t mean longer, just smaller for the hole) one for bathroom sinks. I would think it would be much better product if it came in several different sizes. This size will not work for my shower drain either unless I was to undo everything. I was petrified when it got stuck twice and didn’t do a third time for fear I would break off pieces and would have to get a plumber involved. IDEAS is very good–Size is not so good in a small drain.

I didn’t understand why it came as a pack of seven but after realizing you probably won’t reuse one it made sense. Lol. I bought these to fix a clog in one of my tenants shower drains. Took a couple good pushes, twists, and turns and eventually it grabbed something from the gates of hell and brought it to the surface. Wow! The tub drains so fast now. Great product and appreciate the cheap price!
