Bought this product with the primary intention of using it to scrape & move foods from the cutting board. It’s worked very well for this, especially scraping off anything stuck on, like spilled sauces. In addition, the edge is slightly sharpened, and that with the ruler markings have been very useful for dough cutting. The handle is rounded in a way that makes it fit nicely in my hand & has a weight/sturdiness feeling to it.

I primarily purchased this as a tool to move chopped ingredients from cutting board to pan, but it obviously does much more. The product is well made, has a robust weight and feel in the hand. Best of all, it’s super easy to clean. I just pop it in the top rack of the dishwasher.

I bought this to help me cut homemade caramel candy. I had been using a knife to cut into the slab but it was painful and slow-going. This tool worked great for my purposes. It didn’t bend at all, even though I was pressing quite hard into a 3/4″ thick slab. The bulky handle gave me a nice grip.
My only complaint (and it’s not really even a complaint) was that the lower edge of the handle had a slight ridge which ended up making indents into my finger tips after I used it for a while. I think any hand tool used for this purpose would have done the same thing since the caramel was pretty stiff. And the indents went away almost immediately.
