I got the green one for my son who’s an electrician. I never know what to get him. He did like it. I’m surprised I never thought of getting this before. I felt like I was buying a grown man a toy. Well it is kind of a toy. But we are all kids at heart.

This is not a complaint about the seller, rather Amazon’s return policy. I purchased a plasma ball to use on Halloween. I did not open it until yesterday and the item did not work. Tried different cords, different outlets and it didn’t work. I called Amazon as the return is more than 30 days after purchase. They offered to return it but I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. It’s defective, it can’t go back into inventory. Now I have pay even more for a defective product. Under the circumstances I feel Amazon should’ve waived this fee. Very disappointed with Amazon right now. I buy a lot from them and have never made a request like this before. This isn’t the way to treat a loyal customer.

Trying to return this before the time limit. I ordered another one that I just received. Hopefully I get this back on time. I order online because I have no way to get to the stores often. The new one so far seems to work but it’s just used for 1 hour. Working one is super cool

My son ordered after seeing one at a science fair and he loves it. The colors are nice and bright and the globe is clear. It reacts quickly and is durable (he already dropped it). Good value for the price.
