Shipping was timely and on time. I didn’t really need six more bins but the unit price is half of the next closest competitor. Very good packaging, the box looks reinforced with a separate dividing tray for the lids. Haven’t decided if I’m going to discard the box, the dividing tray could be useful. All in all, I’m happy with the product, the seller, and the shipping.

Used these boxes for storing some clothes that I want to keep, but just needed to make some room in my closet. Although I ended up using three of the boxes for storing my clothing, the boxes were deep enough to hold about 15-16 shirts each. I like the fact that the boxes lock so that I don’t have to worry about losing the lids when I move them around. Another thing I like about these boxes is that I can stack them to conserve space on the floor of my closet.

First shipment had both units severely cracked. Exchange shipment arrived 24hrs later in perfect shape. These are EXACTLY what I needed. I was able to consolidate a 4ft high stack of long boxes full of rolled leather hides and another 3sqft of materials into two of these under bed bins on wheels (with room to spare). I no longer have a wall of boxes at the foot of my guest bed, and I can see all of my different leathers easily. These are amazing not just for space saving but for ease of access and protection as well.

What did I like? I liked the size. I have Christmas decorations to put away. These are plenty large for that. What didn’t I like? So far the lids are broken. I am wheelchair bound. My 83 yr old husband uses a walker. We live in a seniors assisted living apt. We have no one to help us get this to a place to return it. The box is huge. Common sense says if the shipping box is perfectly fine these were put in it already damaged. We can’t exchange them just return them. So we are keeping them with busted lids right at the middle hinge. I vote they were used then returned this way once before. Either way we wasted our money and we have two broken boxes that both need taping up. Shame on you Amazon.

These genuine Rubbermaid totes are fine but I ordered a 4 pack and got 4 great totes 2 great lids and 1 broken lid. So missing 1 lid entirely and 1 broken. When I called Amazon they said I had to go through Rubbermaid. I called and emailed and got no help and no response. I called Amazon again and was told there was nothing they could do so ended up Only having 2 totes. Super spendy for That. Oh and it was for a charity so yah. I just kept them myself so the charity would not be charged and bought from target. SUPER DISAPPOINTING

I got these to act as a spice rack, holding bunches of little spice jars so they can be corraled together and easily seen. They’re working nearly perfectly for this purpose…which admittedly is probably not a common one.
That said, it should also be noted that the lid locking mechanisms are pretty flimsy, and there’s no seal to the lids — the lid just fits over the main container compartment and is held in place by the handle locks on each side. There’s nothing inherently bad about this, but be aware that if you need containers with lids that seal tightly, these won’t be the best choice. (Rubbermaid has bunches of other models of kitchen containers with tight lid seals, though.)
Also the plastic is relatively thin — these containers are not going to support a lot of weight, and I imagine would probably crack or shatter if dropped from countertop height or higher (although I don’t intend to test this!)

Very flimsy and easily the distorted. I used these for storing summer apparel, shorts, shirts and slacks. The tops don’t seal. The locking devices on the handles are at best junky little plastic c-clips. Time will tell if these containers will last very long, I doubt it. One of the locking clips was missing so I reached out to Rubbermade but never got a reply. No worries though, lock or no lock they are still tissue thin junk.
