It’s amazing how some simple inventions can make you ask, “How did i live so long without this?” I use tons of herbs in my cooking. Chopping worked just fine but these made the job so much faster and simpler. 5 blades vs my 1 kitchen knife? Scissors are the clear winner. These are very comfortable in the hand and the blades are very high quality. They are super easy to clean and come included with cleaning tools. I have put them in the dishwasher and they cleaned up great. I did put them in the top rack, just an FYI. I highly recommend for anyone who cooks with lots of herbs.

I got these scissors because I hate cutting up herbs and green onions. They get the job done. It only takes a couple snips and your food would be chopped up finely without the time consuming small chops. I often forget about the brush though and just rinse the scissors off. It’s easier cleaning than having to wash a knife and cutting board.

This is such a great tool even if you are a professional with extraordinary knife handling skills. It’s blades are razor sharp and cut through most herbs with ease (chives, thyme, sage, oregano, etc.). You can even thinly slice peeled garlic cloves as well as hard-boiled eggs or even julienne thinly sliced vegetables. These are just a few of the things that a new tool like this one will take on. The more you use it, the more you will like it.
