Love the elegant touch that this shelving unit added to my space. I’m slowly trying to furnish on a budget and everything so far, was basic lines. I wanted to get away from all of the rectangle shapes in the room and still blend styles. This is really sturdy. Very pretty and unique! I also needed more “surface” are for displaying personal items as I locate them. Easy to assemble. Extra screws in each size were provided (just in case). Has wall anchors provided which I chose not to use. I do not have small children or cats – so nothing should be knocking it loose from where it sits. Love it, no regrets. Highly recommend.

I had seen this in my Muscular Massage Therapist’s office and fell in love with it! The picture shows how beautifully it fits in our sunroom. I did have a problem with the length of the screwdriver that was included because it was unable to fit into some of the shorter areas where a screw was needed. The directions need a little clarification but it could be that the videos gave better instructions and I didn’t open them. Remember to put that bottom shelf on before you put the others on or you will be like me and have to lay the heavy shelves down and then screw it in on the bottom. The shelf is very sturdy and stable. It has some weight to it.

The open design of this makes it very easy for one person to assemble rather quickly. The pieces are all labeled clearly and made well. All of the holes line up and unit can be assembled with ease. I love the look unique look with the different size shelves. (I got the brown). The unit looks more expensive than it is. I use it more for other items than for books as you would need book ends for books and I plan to buy it again.

The shelves are well supported by two metal bars and 4 screws. Assembly was not complicated as it has fewer parts of different sizes. Only gave 4 stars b/c it has only four tiers for each of the three sections, not five as the description indicated. Nonetheless it is well designed. It is much more expensive than other similar products though. It would have been worth the price were the shelves made of solid wood rather than of manufactured wood, the latter gets chipped very easily as it happened to one of the shelves.

I was surprised how nice this was. After looking at many similar units online, I was nervous, as people spoke of unfinished undersides, stickers as screw covers, chips, etc. I got the black one. Shelves finished on both sides, hidden screws, heavy unit with anti tip straps. Middle shelves were wide. (Saw one review with photos where the middle shelf was really short like the ends. Definitely a manufacturer error). This looks like a nice piece of furniture, not a cheap office shelf. Perfect in my room.
