I was in the market for new towels, bought 5 sets. The recent reviews told me these towels shed, and may possibly not last very long. Looking at the pictures, these towels had the features I look for when I buy towels. They looked reasonably thick, and the stitching on the ends told me these are likely quality-made towels. I purposely waited a few weeks before writing this review so I can see this shedding and fraying for myself.
Well I’m not sure what the one-star reviews were expecting, but anytime you buy new cloth products there will be shedding, fraying and shrinking. That is because these are mass-manufactured products, and they are going into mechanical washing and high-temperature drying processes. The manufacturers know this so they weave in extra to compensate. After several washings, these towels dont shed more than most new towels do. I also didn’t notice color bleeding like some reviews claim.
What I did get was a towel replacement that equaled my last towel replacement from a big housewares store for nearly one-third the price. The measurements, stitching and quality of the towel sets are roughly equal, but I paid three times more for in 2009 dollars. This to me is a win, and a hearty recommendation to anyone seeking a great deal on new towels. Not sure if these will last as long as the last sets did, but its looking good so far.

I really like these towels. They’re actually slightly softer than I thought they might be. They’re not blanket soft, but I bought towels, not blankets. The amount of initial shedding seems normal for towels. I ran them through my dryer 4-5 times before using them and that got rid of most of the fuzzies. There were still a few after, but not so many as I actually super noticed.
They are pretty absorbent, though the washcloths seem to repel most of the water unless you hold them under the stream. Not sure if that’s the fabric itself or my Bounce sheets that caused that. The towels are definitely more absorbent than not.
I also really love the color. I got teal and the color is true to the pictures.
Edit after months of usage: If you use whitening toothpaste, make sure you completely get it off your mouth before wiping your mouth on the towels. The color does not stand up to even the bleach of the toothpaste.

I unpacked it and it was already a bit stringy in some areas where the stitching was loose. They’re very soft, absorbancy is okay. Color is great though. They’re a good towel set for what you pay for.

También como para regalo de bodas. Secan muy rápido en cuestión de 3 horas con ventilación ya las tenemos secas, se ven de calidad duradera ya con el tiempo lo actualizo. En cuanto a precios lo compré en $475 se me hizo un buen precio-calidad

Very fast shipping! (arrived overnight!) Was looking for a nice, but practical gift I could give. Who couldn’t use some nice bath towels? Several different colors to chose from. I bought a pair of black ones and some grey, which will go with pretty much any bathroom decor. They look soft and comfortable, appear to be good quality. They weren’t very expensive either. Perfect gift.

I bought these towels over the Christmas break to replace the ones we were given for our wedding 15 years ago. They are soft and survived the first wash. The bath towels are a nice, large size, so you’re adequately covered when you get out of the shower. I love the colour grey because it hides imperfections: I have dyed red hair and I was ruining my other towels with stains as my hair colour would drip after a shower. You can’t see the stains on these towels! They are also plush feeling, so I am a fan so far.

Ordered the white set during a lightening deal which I was very excited about because of the reviews. However, upon receipt and inspection there are a few stains and loose threading. Needless to say, I am disappointed and will be returning. They do feel soft though
