I think “maximalist” is the new catchword for people who fill their home with lots of decorative items that are interesting and meaningful to them. Add me to that club, because I love to display tchotchkes throughout my home. This vase is a wonderful addition to my tchotchke collection. It is very pretty with it’s bright white color, teardrop shape and vertical patterned surface. The etched pattern is very well done. In fact, the vase is a good quality piece that is both modern and elegant. The vase looks a lot larger in the promo pictures than its actual 7.5 inch height and 2 inch width. I, personally, think the vase is a little small to display a bunch of flowers. Perhaps if they are cut way short. Plus, the vase weighs 13 ozs, so I would be concerned about it tipping over. Therefore, I display the vase on my shelf units as is. Looks great and I have received a few compliments. I would recommend this vase.
