I have been searching for the perfect kitchen cart. I liked the simple style and economical price point on this cart. It arrived well packaged, and had to be completely assembled. The instructions were easy to follow, though, accept. I had a little trouble when installing the fronts of the drawers, but figured it out quickly after examining the diagrams on the screws.
I ordered the cart in black, but decided to customized the color with some Magnolia spray paint. So the color you see in my photos is not offered on Amazon. I painted all the pieces separately before assembling for a more seamless look. Having the cart come disassembled made painting the pieces much easier.
I really love how sturdy the card is after assembly. It fits perfectly into the corner that I bought it for.

I’ve bought quite a bit of furniture and put it together myself. This was absolutely terrible. I had a screw break (was only using a screwdriver), the holes don’t line up and I couldn’t get the top secured properly because of that. Several of the boards are loose or wobbly even when fully put together. My biggest issue however is the drawers or rather one. There’s 3 – all assemble the same. On one of them the side piece is wrong. The groove for the shelf is at the top. I can’t flip it because then I can’t attach the front compartment of the drawer. You can see in the pictures the holes are there to screw it in but the groove is flipped. Even with a replacement part it won’t fix the rest of the issues. The only positive is the boards and top are nice. The top ‘wooden’ part has a nice weight to it and is smooth. I’m trying to get a refund but the effort of trying to take this thing apart and ship it back is a huge pain.

The item arrived on time (it took about a week, since it’s a large item), and it was very well packaged. There were a few small dents on some of the small planks, but they did not affect the look or performance, so I didn’t mind.
There were no parts or screws missing, and it was very easy and fun to assemble it! Have in mind that I am a woman who enjoys putting furniture together. If you are not handy, ask for help to avoid negative experiences and later on whiny rants, when leaving reviews on here…
The kitchen island is sturdy enough and works well for small kitchen spaces like mine. The drawers are not as deep as they appear. Overall a great piece for the price. I am happy with my purchase, hence the lengthy review 😄

This is the second cart I purchased with the first one being used as an accessory cart for my outdoor grill. This one I’ll be using indoors in the kitchen. As the first one, this one assembled easily just as long as I followed the well explained and illustrated instructions. The only “nit” is the finish on the top is kind of raw. Running the palm of my hand over the surface I can feel a rough texture and it appears not enough varnish/shellac/etc. was applied. However, it’s nothing I can’t live with. The cart fits nicely in my kitchen and it will serve its purpose well.

This product arrived defective and took a while to arrive. One of the screw holes was too close to the edge and the screw came through the edge. I had purchased the item on sale, but Amazon wouldn’t send me a new product. They offered me a return only, I had to take apart what I could and send it back. They also would not honor the price I had paid and said if I wanted a new one I’d have to pay full price.
The product also arrived with a giant warning (in accordance with CA law) label that exposure to the ingredients in the package could cause cancer, which made me wish this had been more visible previously.

Easy build, fab dark colour and easy to move about once built. Currently use this for my crafting machine. Excellent quality for the price. Would definitely buy again

Beautiful blue color and white top. Easy to put together but the drawers are not well constructed. The screws they provide don’t fit so you have to improvise a bit. They don’t glide in and out as they should. Kind of disappointed. Aesthetically, it’s amazing. Functionality, not so much.

This is a great little cart. Very sturdy with decent storage for the size. There are 19 pages of steps involved, so if you can assemble it in the hour it mentions it should take, kudos to you. I’m not a particularly experienced or skilled builder so it took me an entire afternoon, mostly alone except for asking someone to briefly hold a piece in a certain position a couple of times. But most importantly, after having the majority of the cart assembled, I was horrified that the wheels did not seem to click into place and just kept falling out. That would render the cart essentially useless and, coming here to read other reviews and Q&As, I found other people saying this rendered the cart essentially useless for them as well. I was losing hope that this was a fixable problem. I reached out to my sister-in-law, a very good builder, with photos, and she suggested that I should be able to hammer the wheels at the metal underside with the design and they would likely pop in and stay in. She was right and here’s a video of me doing just that. (You’ll notice there’s also a tiny crack near the area, which may be from my frustration/overenthusiasm with the hammer or a previous attempt to get the wheels in; you can probably tap on this a little more lightly with your hammer or mallet.) All of the other instructions are extremely detailed and easy to follow, so the wheel instructions having no further direction beyond popping the wheels in was surprising and frustrating. Glad to get this solved!
